大埔Silicon Hill發展商於2022年5月23日公布首張價單，連招標首輪發售188伙單位，當中170伙以價單出售，由1房至3房，實用面積介乎285至770平方呎，涉1房至3房，定價介乎665.8萬至1565.47萬元，實用呎價由19,953至24,156元，提供最高17.5%折扣率，折實售價由549.28萬至1291.51萬元，折實呎價由16,461至19,929元。
在放盤消息傳出後，Silicon Hill旋即於2022年6月3日發售沽清首張價單，發展商隨時加推4號價單的153伙，實用面積217至580平方呎，開放式至3房，價單定價460.47萬至1,321.45萬元，價單呎價19,912至24,671元，扣除即供最高17.5%折扣，折實價379.89萬至1,090.2萬元，折實呎價16,427至20,354元。
Silicon Hill生活配套
Silicon Hill樓盤鄰近吐露港臨海單車徑，貫穿沙田和大埔，適合喜歡戶外活動的人士。
