映築（The Harmonie）位於九龍長沙灣青山道233號，項目是由恒基兆業地產、市區重建局合作發展，預計關鍵日期為2023年6月30日。
映築樓盤為單幢住宅大廈，樓高33層，於天台設有庇護層，5樓至頂層37樓屬住宅樓層，共提供337伙住宅單位。單位實用面積介乎322至769平方呎，間隔涵蓋1至3房，大部份單位均採用開放式廚房設計，而且多數單位配置露台，僅有兩伙另設工作平台。
映築呎價
映築新盤中有318伙住宅單位是由恒地負責銷售，而餘下的19伙住宅單位就會由市建局負責銷售。發展商於2022年1月14日公佈項目首張價單，共涉68伙住宅單位，當中2伙供市建局作樓換樓之用，而其餘的66伙則由恒基銷售。
而恒地負責的66伙住宅單位全屬2房戶，實用面積介乎322至377平方呎，買家最高可享5%折扣優惠，折實售價由621.2萬至845.31萬元，折實平均呎價為21,379元。開售後，映築成交不俗，截至2022年5月5日已售出逾7成單位。
映築生活配套
映築（The Harmonie）的3樓設有會所，總面積達10,579平方呎，採用禪意風格設計，牆壁、樑柱位都用上木製飾件，加上庭園的水池與步道，令住客在鬧市中享有度假的感覺。映築會所提供健身天地、兒童唱遊樂園、天籟步道、茶室、多用途宴會廳等設施，另有綠化園林區。映築樓盤附近則有漢花園、順寧道遊樂場、上李屋花園、李鄭屋游泳池及保安道體育館及圖書館等公共康樂設施。
在交通方面，映築距離港鐵長沙灣站約3至5分鐘步程；在青山道及長沙灣道一帶亦有多條巴士及小巴路線，來往港九新界各區。
生活配套上，映築樓盤的地下至2樓設有商舖；區內民生商店及食肆林立，附近亦有保安道街市、診所及商場居民的日常購物及飲食所需一應俱全。映築新盤的小學校網為40，中學是深水埗區。
