The YOHO Hub的發展商於2021年12月10日上載售樓說明書，同月16日公布首張價單。首張價單共涉206伙單位，間隔涵蓋1至4房。單位定價介乎778.6萬至2367.7萬元；呎價由20,438元至25,434元。買家最高可享12%折扣優惠，折實平均實用呎價為19,899元。


The YOHO Hub生活配套


The YOHO Hub設有雙會所：Club Vis及Club Vim，面積共約4萬平方呎。 同時亦有21萬平方呎的戶外園林、1,200米的緩跑徑「YOHO步道」、戶外玩樂花園及24小時有蓋行人通道。
