玖瓏山發展商於2014年11月1日公佈首張價單，涉及210伙單位，實用面積介乎662至982平方呎，全屬分層標準戶，並未包括特色單位，間隔由2房至3房連套房及多用途房不等，定價817萬至1,636萬元，呎價12,341至16,989元。
據成交紀錄冊顯示，玖瓏山的一伙低層3房單位於2022年9月以1,200萬元成交，實用面積958平方呎，成交呎價12,525元。
玖瓏山生活配套
配套設施方面，玖瓏山設有住客會所「玖瓏薈」，內設室內外游泳池、桑拿浴室、健身室、宴會廳、多用途室、室內運動場、兒童游樂場、燒烤庭園、寵物花園及四季庭園等各種設施。
