麥花臣匯（MACPHERSON PLACE）位於旺角奶路臣街38號，由九龍建業、市建局與香港遊樂場協會合作發展，入伙日期由2012年12月至2014年8月。屋苑是單幢式設計的分層住宅大廈，外牆採用玻璃幕牆設計，提供合共293伙住宅單位。麥花臣匯的實用面積由293呎至1,806呎，其平面圖展示，間隔由開放式至4房，戶戶配有露台，廚房則有開放式及獨立式2種。

麥花臣匯（MACPHERSON PLACE）推出市場後，於2017年4月售出項目最後一伙標準戶，當時成交呎價約為18,720元。其後，未見二手成交至2018年２月，之後的成交則轉為平穩。而據近期成交記錄，放盤呎價由18,868元至24,362元，而租盤呎租則由42元至47元。

麥花臣匯的地庫至地下設有商鋪，2樓設有食堂，附近亦有了多個大型購物中心，如新世紀廣場及電腦商場，亦有各式各樣的餐廳、國際品牌時裝店、超級市場及戲院，購物消閒選擇多元化。
