太安樓簡介


西灣河太安樓地址是筲箕灣道57-87號，由置地集團發展。太安樓樓齡有54年，樓盤於1968年起入伙。太安樓為單幢式H型設計的大廈，提供1,856伙住宅單位。根據太安樓平面圖及示範單位，放盤戶型共有2類，分別為274平方呎的開放式單位，以及352平方呎的1房戶。


太安樓每層有68個單位，採用長直走廊設計，兩側就是住宅單位，設計與早年香港屋宇建設委員會的廉租屋邨非常相似，因此有「私人廉租屋」、「善心樓」之名。


太安樓呎價


太安樓早於1968年落成，當時樓盤免首期，一個大型單位月供100元，中型單位只需80元。對比現今樓價，已是當年的逾百倍了。按太安樓的放盤及成交紀錄，截至2022年5月，太安樓呎價介乎$11,931至$12,443，平均為$12,141。
