據土地註冊處資料，逸濤灣｢冬和軒｣的一伙中層3房單位在2022年以1,670萬元成交，面積為760呎，呎價為21,974元。同日逸濤灣｢夏池軒」的一伙高層3房單位亦以1,955萬元成交，呎價達26,277元。而根據放盤資料，「夏池軒」低層2房單位現以1,280萬放售，實用面積為561呎，呎價為22,816元。
