太古城簡介
太古城單位分佈於太古城道4號、8號、14號、18B號及20號、太裕路3號、太古灣道2號至10號、16號至26號及太豐路7號，由太古地產發展，於1978年起入伙。太古城樓盤共設11期項目，共有61幢住宅大廈，提供12,696伙住宅單位。由太古城平面圖可見，單位面積為440至1,277平方呎，涵蓋2至4房，約一半的供應為3房間隔。此外，太古城有少量4房複式單位，提供更寬廣的居住空間。
太古城呎價
太古城於1976年2月開售，當年新盤入門的585呎單位只賣12.45萬元，最貴是678呎連天台單位，賣18.5萬元。截至2022年4月的太古城放盤及成交記錄，呎價介乎12,263至66,434元，平均呎價是18,163元。
太古城生活配套
太古城樓盤設有泳池、羽毛球場、網球場、高爾夫球場及兒童遊樂場等，附近又有鰂魚涌公園及港島東體育館，康體設施充足。
太古城樓盤毗鄰港鐵太古站，而太古城中心地下（太古城道）及英皇道一帶亦有多條巴士線，交通四通八達。
太古城同名商場「太古城中心」為港島東區其中一個最大型的商場，是人氣購物熱點，內有多間百貨公司、美食廣場、戲院、真雪溜冰場及海量商店。住戶亦可步行8分鐘到鄰近的吉之島百貨公司，有更多元化的購物及飲食選擇，生活所需應有盡有。
