太古城呎價
太古城於1976年2月開售，當年新盤入門的585呎單位只賣12.45萬元，最貴是678呎連天台單位，賣18.5萬元。截至2022年4月的太古城放盤及成交記錄，呎價介乎12,263至66,434元，平均呎價是18,163元。
太古城生活配套
太古城樓盤設有泳池、羽毛球場、網球場、高爾夫球場及兒童遊樂場等，附近又有鰂魚涌公園及港島東體育館，康體設施充足。
