寶琳新都城生活配套完善，三期均設有住客會所，提供冷暖泳池﹑戶外泳池﹑網球場等設施。屋苑三期基座均設有商場，住客只需花2至3分鐘步程即可到達商場，內有大量食肆、連鎖店鋪、戲院、銀行或日常用品店等，滿足日常需要。交通方面，商場之間有行人天橋相通，任何一期的住客步行數分鐘即可到達港鐵寶琳站；住客亦可前往第二期基座地面的公共運輸交匯處，乘搭巴士或小巴往返港九新界，十分方便。校網方面，小學為95校網；中學為西貢區校網。
