政府宣布將計劃興建東鐵白石角站，而UNIVERSITY Hill位置正好在鐵路站旁，令UNIVERSITY Hill租放盤成交升值潛力大增。UNIVERSITY Hill更引入全方位智能家居平台，並於屋苑範圍覆蓋5G流動網絡及引入入牆式Wi-Fi 6無線上網系統，使整體上網體驗更快更穩定。UNIVERSITY Hill尚未公佈呎價，但定價將參考樓盤項目第1期Silicon Hill及整體市場情況。


UNIVERSITY Hill生活配套

UNIVERSITY Hill自設住客會所Club Silicon，連戶外綠化園林總面積逾17萬方呎，分南北兩翼興建，劃分7大主題區域。會所提供泳池、瑜伽草坪、緩跑徑、籃球場、健身室、攀石競技場、兒童遊樂室、宴會廳、燒烤區等逾40項設施，另有共享空間及餐廳。另外，白石角海濱長廊、科學園、大埔單車徑、大埔滘公園及大埔滘自然教育徑等設施近在咫尺。


交通方面，UNIVERSITY Hill旁邊將建港鐵白石角站，住客現時主要可依靠自駕，或依靠巴士或小巴接駁至港鐵多個鐵路站，而創新路沿線亦有不少巴士及小巴路線。


生活配套方面，UNIVERSITY Hill樓盤將設有商舖，提供食肆與潮流生活店等。另外，區內多個樓盤設有少量食肆、超市等，住客可前往大埔市中心，以享受更多購物享受。校網方面，UNIVERSITY Hill屬84小學校網；中學為大埔區。
