星凱‧堤岸呎價
星凱‧堤岸在2021年10月5日公佈首張價單。首張價單共涉及268伙住宅單位，實用面積介乎331至945平方呎，定價由726.4萬至2399.3萬元，呎價為18,577至25,830元，買家最高可享15%折扣優惠（120天即供付款）。若以此折扣優惠計算，星凱‧堤岸折實價錢由617.4萬至2,039.4萬元；折實呎價由15,790至21,954元。在同年12月，項目已累銷售超過800伙，套現超過82億元，平均每伙單位成交價約1000萬元。
星凱‧堤岸生活配套
星凱‧堤岸佔有極佳的地理位置優勢，不到2分鐘即可步行至港鐵火炭站。樓盤地下亦有交通運輸總站，住客可乘搭巴士或小巴來往港九新界，非常適合經常外出的住客。星凱‧堤岸擁有超過4.5萬平方呎的私人會所，提供無邊際泳池、室內多功能體育館、寵物公園等設施。
