MONTARA由會德豐地產及港鐵公司共同發展，屬日出康城第7期。項目共分2期發展，7A期名為"MONTARA"、7B期名為"GRAND MONTARA"。屋苑以「優越都會綠洲生活」（The Brilliance of Urban Nature）為主題，項目分為A、B座，共提供504伙單位。發展商於早前曾開放未經改動的示範單位予傳媒參觀，戶型涵蓋一房至三房單位，樓底高度由3.07米至3.85米，實用面積由366至789平方呎，間隔舒適實用。項目另設17伙特色戶，實用面積介乎346至789平方呎不等。據平面圖所示，GRAND MONTARA間隔單位為一房二廳連套房、二房二廳、二房二廳及儲物室、三房二廳連套房、三房二廳連套房及儲物室。


景觀方面，基於綠洲生活的設計，大部分單位可望向「日出公園」、「動感公園」，以及日出康城內園景的翠綠景致。整個項目呈背山面海的格局，高層單位可望將軍澳海灣及藍塘海峽海景，以及清水灣及西貢一帶山景。GRAND MONTARA關鍵日期為2021年12月15日，已於2022年2月起陸續入伙。


GRAND MONTARA生活配套
