薈朗呎價
薈朗發展商於2016年8月9日公佈首張價單，共涉130伙，當中包開放式至2房，定價由307.6萬至673.8萬元，實用呎價由12,365至16,676元。發展商亦提供最高10%折扣，折實最低售價約為$276.8萬元。於2022年4月，薈朗成交呎價平均為$17,391元。
薈朗生活配套
薈朗於地下設有面積約8,735平方呎的會所，提供泳池、兒童嬉水池及燒烤區等休閒設施。附近有馬鞍山公園、馬鞍山公共圖書館、馬鞍山體育館及游泳池等公共康樂設施。
