上源呎價
上源於2018年9月21日公佈的首張價單涉及231伙單位，樓盤間隔為1房至3房。單位的新盤呎價為11,878元至15,682元，定價介乎510.9萬至1,014.1萬元。發展商提供最高16%折扣優惠，吸引買家購入單位。截至2021年，發展商表示在30幢洋房之中，已售出20間，大受市民歡迎。
上源生活配套
上源會所的總面積約2,997平方呎，提供近20項設施，包括室內恆溫游泳池、健身室、瑜伽室、兒童遊樂室、緩跑徑、V Café及多功能宴會廳等等。值得一提的是，園林區設有有機耕作園，可供住戶自行種植蔬菜，享受優質的健康生活。
交通方面，上源的住戶目前只可乘搭K53巴士路線接駁西鐵線屯門站及輕鐵前往港九及新界各區，或前往屯門區內的不同地方。
生活配套方面，上源住戶可到「黃金海岸商場」及「愛琴海岸商場」等大型購物商場消費，以及麥理浩徑和新舊咖啡灣泳灘等遠足郊遊。在校網方面，小學為71；中學為屯門區。
