青衣樓盤｜青衣半山荀盤曉峰園
青衣曉峰園為區內半山低密度住宅，住客可從高處感受清新空氣和寧靜氣氛。曉峰園管理費雖較高昂，但為區內少數能夠養狗的屋苑之一，加上附近翠綠林景及遠方海景，為不少中產家庭趨之若鶩的樓盤，近月亦有不少放盤與成交。
曉峰園簡介
曉峰園位於新界青衣寮肚路3號，由新鴻基地產發展，於1999年7月入伙。屋苑共建5幢住宅大廈，每幢樓高16至26層不等，每層各設6至8伙住宅單位，共提供816個分層住宅單位。戶型方面，曉峰園單位主要為兩至三房戶，實用面積介乎546至1,109平方呎。根據曉峰園平面圖顯示，單位客飯廳多以日字廳或左右廳開則。
曉峰園生活配套
曉峰園設有私人會所，提供戶外泳池、水力按摩池、網球場、羽毛球場等設施，而且鄰近青衣自然教育徑、青衣西路公園等公共康樂設施，方便住客休憩使用。如想前往超級市場或快餐店滿足生活所需，住客需花約10分鐘步行至毗鄰長亨邨的「長亨商場」。交通方面，青衣曉峰園的交通不算十分便利，惟屋苑提供足夠比例的車位給住客。若想乘坐公共交通工具，屋苑亦自設穿梭巴士，接載住客來往屋苑與青衣城，再由港鐵青衣站前往港九新界；另外近長亨邨對出亦有多條巴士和小巴路線。校網方面，小學為66校網；中學為葵青區校網。
